The goal of product marketing at Constructor is to effectively communicate the capabilities of our product to current and prospective customers, to understand the eCommerce space more broadly and effectively position our offering within this context. • We are seeking an exceptional Associate Product Marketing Manager to help set strategy for product communication and to take charge to execute this strategy on a day-to-day basis. This will include drafting blog posts on product topics, collaborating on white papers, writing release notes and driving adoption of new features through product communications. You will also have responsibility to conduct competitive research to help inform product strategy and better equip our sales organization to effectively sell against competitors. • Above all, the ideal candidate should have exceptional written and spoken communication abilities. These abilities should stem from a passion to learn from and communicate to different audiences: various stakeholders at our customers, other individuals in the product organization at Constructor and our team of salespeople, among others. • Talk with individuals representing different personas at our customers and listen to previous calls to understand our customers and their needs deeply. • Work with the product and engineering organizations to build out feature release materials, including documentation, release notes, blog posts and announcements. • Lead product sync-ups with the sales and customer success teams to review new releases. • Research competing products to build out sales collateral and sell sheets with which to equip our sales team. • Analyze product usage to understand how various personas and industries engage with our tool. • Collaborate with the marketing team to draft white papers and thought-leadership articles. • Track adoption of new features across the customer base.
• You have previous work experience in marketing, product management or consulting or equivalent. • You have an entrepreneurial bent and are looking to join a high-growth startup. • You have exceptional communication abilities and take pride in your writing ability. • You are collaborative, value learning and want to accomplish great things. • You are passionate about using technology to make people’s lives easier. • Understand how APIs are used to deliver modern web experiences. • Bonus points if you have some training in computer science, statistics, economics or applied math. • You're adept at synthesizing data, whether it's API methods, design documents or test data into an easily understandable story. • You can provide several great writing samples. • You want to join a fast-growing startup!
