We’re looking for an experienced, data-driven CRM manager to maximize our engagement and retention marketing efforts through personalization & automation. The CRM Marketing Manager will drive the development and optimization of our valuable marketing efforts, leading initiatives across onboarding, offer merchandising, lifecycle and other programs designed to increase long-term loyalty and optimize lifetime value of our Members. You'll be... • Executing scalable strategies and tactics to engage our Members, leading to improved retention rates and increased customer lifetime value primarily across email, and secondarily across push, in-app, in-web, and SMS • Driving toward a deep understanding of interests and behaviors across our key customer segments to create personalized programs and outstanding customer lifecycle experiences • Creating and maintaining a robust data-driven test and learn roadmap to continuously optimize efforts in order to increase CRM effectiveness in engaging our customers • Identifying and implementing opportunities for automation to increase the efficiency of marketing and enable scale while minimizing costs • Collaborating and aligning with Analytics, Business Development, Product Management and other departments on CRM initiatives • Communicating CRM insights and progress with key stakeholders • Promoting adaptability to reprioritize efforts according to new data or circumstances
