What will I be responsible for in this job? (brief summary of the role)
This role is primarily responsible for the daily processing of the customers deposit(s) which includes loading record of the deposit and ensuring that all checks are matched and balanced to the corresponding electronic or paper remittance advice and general maintenance of these records are performed.

What are the requirements?
• Years of experience: 2+ Years of relevant work and customer service experience
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Physical requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills both orally and written
  • Experience training and mentoring junior employees
  • Experience working ahead of and meeting deadlines
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Strong problem-solving skills and drive
