Why this opportunity exists

• We’re looking for a Client Service Associate to join the creative team and take on responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Manage @BlockFiSupport on Twitter and serve as the point person for all client inquiries on social accounts including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, and YouTube • Monitor BlockFi’s presence on review sites (Google My Business, Trustpilot, etc.) • Create social media guidelines as well as moderation policies and procedures • Address all comments, questions, and concerns in a timely manner and escalate urgent issues accordingly • Work closely with internal teams to ensure responses are accurate and compliant • Implement a tracking system to collect and organize user feedback and synthesize into actionable insights to improve processes and products • Keeping a pulse on what's top of mind for the crypto community and communicating with Social Media Manager to produce relevant and timely content • Lead the charge in collecting user-generated content for testimonials • Create and deliver a monthly report analyzing social care and response metrics

Additional requirements (other than skills)

• 1-2 years of industry experience in a client-facing role • A knowledge of financial products/industry, FinTech, or the crypto space • Strong writing and communications skills • Flexible, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment • Attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities • Excited to work in an early-stage company and have a high impact on the future of the company’s growth
