• You are expected to understand and produce articles or reports, clear speeches, and regular meetings in English.
• We do not work with sales commissions.
• You will contact outbound leads.
✅ To begin, we'll need you to:
• Support the scaling-up process of Torre products with companies in Latam.
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities for Torre services.
• Learn how Torre Agile and other services work from the ground up and build the foundation for your career at Torre
• As a finder, you have to demonstrate the value of our offering through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other social media.
• Research your target companies and prepare executive summaries to turn your Business Development Manager into a guru ahead of their calls.
• Diligently update Hubspot, our CRM, to stay current on leads and follow-ups.
• Shadow your dedicated Sales Representative in meetings and other activities to help you acquire the skills you’ll need for your next role on the sales team.
