    You will be part of an amazing team, and you will be in charge of attracting talent to our opportunities posted in Torre. 🚀 Your responsibilities: • Find and screen candidates. • Make sure that the opportunities posted get fulfilled. • Help job seekers find their dream job. • Make sure that our algorithms are working and making all posters happy. • Help talent seekers through the process of selecting candidates. • Find new channels/platforms and ways to attract talent. • Grow your metrics week by week. Our expectations: • Availability of 5 hours a day from Monday to Saturday (including holidays). • In some cases, you must be available to work 8 hours. • Attend our weekly meetings. • Availability to work during the day. • Overcommunicate. • Give us visibility of your efforts.
