✨ Managing test cases across devices, operating systems
✨ Running QA tests when new versions of the application are available
✨ Collaborating with the engineering team on findings
Customer Success:
✨ Reply to all user messages as quickly as possible during normal working hours.
✨ Communicate with users and get to a speedy resolution of their questions, comments, and issues.
✨ Interact with the product engineering teams, management, regarding issues, priorities.
✨ Working in intercom, Slack, email, and any other communication channel with users.
✨ Making sure that all user requests are answered very well and very quickly.
✨ Doing analytics of all requests to get valuable information.
