    ✅ Responsibilities: • Get clients and recruiters to find and hire the talent they need. Many of them don't know how to recruit in this new reality. You should guide them during the journey. This includes happy moments when they hire the best talent and push them promptly to do what is needed to get that result. 🚀. ✅ To do that, you'll learn about and be responsible for: • Make customers love us! • Make sure each candidate that applies to a job opportunity receives an excellent experience. • Test our algorithms and give feedback to improve them. • Onboard new customers. • Increase retention and NPS. • Make sure we fulfill customers' talent requirements. ✅ We’re eager to talk to you if you: • Understand and produce long and complex texts and speeches with detailed descriptions in English. • Have a background related to startups, business, tech, engineering, and management. • Are fast learners and resilient. • Have attention to detail, emotional maturity, and constructive thinking. ✅ Important: • Starts with a 3months internship of 750USD monthly. • The final salary depends on the proficiency and capacity for growth that you demonstrate during the process and will be discussed in the final interview. • To increase the diversity and inclusion of our team, and guarantee our operational continuity in case of catastrophes or conflicts, we try to limit the percentage of team members located in any single country.
