    ⚠️ Direct employment whose annual salary includes benefits, bonus, and base commissions ⚠️ The head of sales will be responsible for managing the relationships of Samy Alliance sales accounts in Colombia with the close collaboration of the head of customer success and also will manage a team of their own. Requirements: ✅ You should be able to understand and produce long and complex texts and speeches with detailed descriptions in English. ✅ Proven market contacts database, mainly direct advertisers and not many media agencies. ✅ At least three years of experience in a similar position, either in sales or marketing. ✅ Online Advertising Company (Influencer Marketing and/or Content Marketing) experience. Optional requirements that will be considered a plus: ➕ University Degree / MBA. Responsibilities: 💡 Maximize advertising revenues by achieving and exceeding annual targets of both Revenues and Profit. 💡 Opening and maintaining strong working relationships with our clients: advertisers mainly and media agencies if necessary. 💡 Translate customer requirements into the organization by creating proposals from a given brief. 💡 Co-formulating account plans. 💡 Business Development (New Business opportunities). 💡 Long-term strategy development with our clients. 💡 Mentor and build our Sales team in the medium-term. 💡 Update KPI monitoring dashboard infrastructure to facilitate real-time decision-making based on sales performance data.
